Awesome toy

Bought this for my 13 year old son keep in mind he's never ridden a bike and he loved it. It d very easy for him to adapt and even go top speed. This thing is fast! The weight limit is 250 lbs and I tried it out when I needed to go down to the Quik Stop when my husband had the car. I weigh 280 lbs and the scooter hauls, I had to keep it at half speed lol. It charges faster than advertised but we also don't drain the battery completely. It's an awesome toy for teens and adults and I love the seat option, it's definitely a plus.
I think it will work.

I have not been able to ride this yet. I'm still charging the batteries but I did give the throttle a twist. It sounds like it will be able to get me around to places near by that I need to get. I don't know if it has the power to tow a bike trailer but I just might try it as my electric bike is getting old and starting to fall apart. It looks like it will get me to the store for some things, the bank or to go get a burger. All of these things are all walking distance so I won't be burdening the system that much with my 234 pounds. (not fat pounds). I just get tired of walking or having to try and dig my much bigger heavier electric bike out of my apartment if I need to make a quick trip. This looks like it will work. I need to save the electric bike for heavy hauling or distances.
Well worth the price

The quality of the scooter is solid. I am 133 lbs and have no problem getting up small hills (even with packages). The seat is thick and is definitely good for 45 minutes at a time. The speed pickup is very quick. Overall, I was very satisfied with the price I paid. I shopped everywhere on line and Amazon (with Prime Shipping) was the lowest. Received my package in good shape and quickly.
Cute Scooter!

The customer service is what really caught my eye. I bought two of these, as christmas presents for my grandchildren, and one of them malfunctioned. It worked at first, for a few days but then it just got worse and worse after just a couple of rides. It eventally wouldn't move at all so I called Razor, and they sent me another at no charge! My granddaughters were so excited, now they can both zip around through the neighborhood with ease.
The scooters climb hills with some effort, and it usually travels pretty quickly. The brakes work really well, and can stop quickly and efficiently. My granddaughters are 12 and 16 and the scooters work wonderfully for them, well after I recieved the working one!

The only downside to these scooters is that it takes at least 12 hours to charge them. I would even recommend charging them 24 hours to get them to really work. It is kind of hard just to pull these out and go to the park on a sunny day when they have to charge so long.
Happy with the purchase!
3 Months old--battery replaced under warranty and HUGE issue changing rear tire inner tube.....

I have had it since March 2016 so, I have replaced the battery once by warrant and now, I am replacing the rear tire for a 2nd time. The rear tire continues to go flat. Followed the directions to put air in the tire but the tire itself fails since the valve is NOT accessible when the tire is flat.

To access the tire, you have to remove the rear tire assembly. Just try to follow those directions which are completely impossible. I had to take the 1st tire to Discount Tire and they needed to use an impact driver to remove the nuts on the rear wheel just to gain access to the inner tube. After removing 3 nuts, the impact driver needed to be charged. Unbelievable!! The amount of time and effort just to get air into the rear inner tube. So, once it was all put together, it didn't work. So, I ordered an entire new rear wheel. That has worked for about 5-6 months. However, now I am again in the same situation. I had to remove the new rear wheel to access the inner tube and I am again unable to unscrew the wheel to get access to the inner tube.

BTW, the inner tube failure seems to be where the valve connects to the tube. That is where the leak occurs. Defective.

I use the scooter 1-2x/week to exercise my large dogs. I am not sure how kids could get much use out of the scooter.

Very disappointed!! I am gonna try to sell the thing on craigslist and purchase a different brand.
