Good quality as expected

We ordered this set of games for our grandson for Christmas. When he opened his gift we found that one of the chess pieces was missing. That didn't stop grandpa teaching his grandson the fine art of playing chess! They rigged up an item to use in place of the missing piece. Grandpa got on the phone a day or two later and called Bellow Games who apologized profusely and promptly shipped out the missing chess piece directly to our grandson. He received the missing piece very quickly after that and is excited about his new game.

This is a very poor quality product. There is extra glue oozing out of all of the corners, ours came with damage on the inside backgammon board, and most importantly the 6 backgammon pieces don't even fit across the board!
