The pads suck, and move around a lot. Has pockets for hip pad inserts. OK if you wear separate knee protection underneath. Great ventilation.

I can say these pants along with the matching jacket are part of the reason I am alive today. My motorcycle crash would have certainly been worse, if not fatal had I not been wearing this gear.
