I had a pretty poor experience living with the BioBidet BB-1000--lots if repairs, poor quality etc. so I finally tossed it and bought this as a replacement. Come to discover it is exactly the clone of the other one but for a couple hundred bucks more. Already installed it so can't return it but I feel burned because this one is flimsy too. The BioBidet remote works with the Lotus unit perfectly and is better. I expect this unit will die in 3 or 4 years too after I replace the seat and cover parts a few times. Save your money. Pass on this one and look for something better than this or the BioBidet. The biggest weakness of both is the very low quality plastic shell, seat snd lid.
