First of all, it has no handles. The only strap it has is the long, body strap. It is composed of two small, metal clips at the end. In the fourth time of use, I had about 35-40 pounds worth of gear in it. Pulled it out of the car, metal retention clips broke and I had to carry the bag around on my shoulder the rest of the day. Poorly made and not able to return because my return window had closed. There is also no way to contact the seller. Not recommended.

if I could give a negative star I would! So my son started football and just had he shoes and pads in bag and the DAM handles came right off!!

Material is very thin. It holds a large set of shoulder pads and a helmet with room to spare. It keeps the dust off the equipment in the off season and that's what we purchased it for.
