Lotus ATS-908, a great hygiene system!

We purchased this Lotus ATS-908 seat about a month and a half ago.
Patty at the Irvine location was being really helpful in assisting us to get the right model for our newly remodeled master bathroom.
The installation was by Jron Wang. He was very courteous, wearing the shoe covers when he entered our home. The installation was fast and clean and he clearly explained how to use the seat and the control panel.
The warm water spray and the warm air dryer are great features of this great product.
All in all, wonderful product, superior customer and installation services, we not only highly recommend this Lotus hygiene system, we might even get another one for our teenage children!

it supposed to be the best of TOTO

I have been using bidet toilet for years, my first bidet is a top line of TOTO Washlet from amazon couple year ago, it supposed to be the best of TOTO, but I always feel its quality and functionality doesn't match its premiums price tag, So when it is the time for adding another one, I did through homework comparing both product and service.
I ended up purchasing a Lotus from manufactory directly; two months have passed by, I am comfortable saying that it definitely exceeds my expectation, it did a good job to blow my mind, also did an incredible job to blew my but* :-)
It is considerable cheaper than TOTO's top line, but it is eve better on both usability and durability, I would say that it is just a great product without premium price tag.: the heated ring is always at perfect temperature; the water pressure feel strongly but not hurtful; if you have constipation problem, this bidet is your best friend.
Lotus, keep up good works; I will replace all my TOTO with louts when the time come.

This is my first experience using smart toilet seat bidet and my daily routine has been enjoyable ever since. This product is a blessing not only for those who have constipation issue, pregnant woman or elderly people, but it is also a very good daily hygine product for everyone who pursues a better quality of life especially in their toilet routine. I especially like the purestream function in my stressful lifestyle, the relief and comfort is beyond words to explain. Sitting on the warm seat with warm wash and dryer really refreshes and brightens my day. I highly recommend this good product to everyone who has a need or is considering of getting one.
