I used to use liquid bandage until I found this product. This is a life saver for me on my runs. No more painful bloody messes from my shirt chafing my chest. I find they adhere the entire workout and afterward I forget they are on. They don't hurt to remove either. As long as you follow the directions and put them on a dry chest, they will work as advertised.

Look, I get it. Some people won't chafe and/or bleed until Mile 22 of a marathon. I'm a very sweaty boy, and I will start chafing and my nipples will start stinging right around Mile 3 in the right conditions. These are perfect and I stick them on for every long run and every hot run in the summer.

Wow, these are life savers and compared to other similar products, the cost is quite nice. I sweat a lot while running and these never come off. Even after a shower, I need to pull them off as the water from the shower is not enough for them to lose their adhesiveness. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

So these work extremely well. They have never slipped it come off while running. They can be a bit difficult to remove, but not painful. I would rather have them stay on well and be a bit hard to come off than come off easily. I never run without them after having a bleeding issue during a long run ONCE. You may need to shave if very hairy for them to work well.
