I like having a mug of miso broth a couple times a day, so this is super easy and tastes just about as good as the real thing, maybe a bit one-dimmensional, but it's not like I'm going to be making dashi at my desk.

This stuff is great to make a quick soup.I just add it to the bottom of a cup or a soup bowl and pour hot water on top. I finish it with small amount of cilantro from my garden and some green onion.
