I purchased this red miso paste for various soups. It is a very good product, dissolves easily and keeps in the fridge for a very long time. I'll be reordering again soon!

When you don't want to go out for a bowl of miso this is perfect. I bought ramen noodles and dashi powder also from Amazon and it quickly makes a delicious ramen noodle soup in about 10 minutes.
