Awesome pans! I got the 3 and the 5, cake mix baked up evenly, came out of the pan cleanly, with nice sharp edges. Used about 1-2/3 boxes of cake mix made to directions, baked at 350 degrees for about 34 minutes, it will depend on your cake mix. Sprayed the pan with cake release spray and nothing stuck. Pans are sturdy and well made!
