Perfect. Just what we needed for beach going

Perfect. Just what we needed for beach going, hiking and biking. Unlike some comments I have noticed any off taste in the water, though the first few time I used there was a distinct plastic odor. But gone away. Very good canteen. Would recommend.

I have used 2 qt canteens in the past, and they come in handy on long hikes. This one was purchased as a replacement for an old one i used to have. Canteen came packaged well and was washed and filled with water to check for any leaks or holes. Held water with no problem, one thing i did notice was the canteen bladder seem thinner than my orginal one from many years ago. Not a deal breaker, just need to be more careful to avoid puntures...all in all i would order again..

I carried this same canteen for years when i was in the army. Holds lots of water and doubles as a pillow, in a pinch.
