Excellent Customer Service...Complaints handled by Seller
FletchJanuary 14, 2016
Just like other reviewers, I too have incurred a leaky bidet after approximately 1 year (actually it was installed several months after purchase due to an extensive remodel). It worked great, and I definitely prefer using a bidet instead of "scraping" with tissue. Given the reviews from those who also had leaks, I have been very cautious ever since buying it. It didn't ruin the floor and only leaked when I turned on the valve. One thing I really like about this one is that the push button is located low on the handle, so your hand is well away from the "drippings". I've contacted the company today (Saturday, they are closed) and will update this review according to how they handle this issue. I realize it is cheap, but it should work and NOT make me nervous about whether it will flood my house. So, how about it Rinseworks? Btw, it's leaking at the head, not the button or the base. And, yes, I do always turn the valve off when finished, so there should be no worries with stress-fatigued or worn parts. One last thought, think of all the other plumbing fixtures in a typical home. What if they ALL failed after just one year, or even two or three. NO, they typically last decades, if they are decent quality to begin with.
UPDATE 01/20/16 After contacting Rinseworks, they have agreed to send me a new, redesigned, handheld bidet. They sent me pictures and it looks like a very well thought-out design. I'm impressed that they really do care about their customers and their reputation. I'll update this review after installing and using the bidet for a while.
UPDATE 02/09/16 ATTENTION! NEW design, totally redone. This NEW bidet looks nothing like the picture in the original Amazon ad. After 3 weeks of use NO leaks, works great and I like this MUCH better than the other brands that I've tried. I really like the small round spray head, which concentrates the spray on the intended area. It is about the circumference of the end of my pinky finger, roughly 3/8 of an inch. I also really like the easily adjustable flow controller on the handle. We have really strong water pressure and you could inadvertently "pressure wash" the area causing harm. So, AS you hold it in your hand you easily control the flow/pressure so as to be thorough but nothing more, GRADUALLY increasing or decreasing pressure. It also avoids a lot of excess spray which leaves a mess and possibly splattering. Most others have the simple ON/OFF triggers. The Aquaus has a big advantage over them in my opinion. I highly recommend this bidet, not only for the product quality but also the excellent customer service. If it ever starts leaking again you can bet I'll be right back here with an update!

Metal, Chrome Plated brass Shut-off Ball Valve and Check-Valve, High Quality Hose, Good Holder Bracket. The Spray head is plastic and really is the perfect design to wash your cheeks and tidy up. In past years I had tried different bidets, but they had problems, cheap plastic junk parts for the valves and some of the seat - valve-versions looked like an accident waiting to flood your home and presented leaking hazards- I was not willing to gamble my floors with. Music Plays Spring-Time Symphony with Harps.... These Aquas engineers have selected metal parts for the pressure valve and check valve - which are the ones, NOT to have break and cause a flood. I appreciate the sprayer head and ordered a spare too, $10 so inexpensive backup. Good Job guys! I follow their recommendation- to shut the valve off after use, which removes the pressure on the hose and nozzle. Once you begin using the bidet you will never go back- as many of the reviewers have remarked. A very clean , sanitary method to keep the cheeks smiling under a full moon. As you get older or if your having rear end problems , this offers a method to spray your cares away. I was concerned that the cold water only might be a problem, but in Southern California it is mostly hot here and the water offers a refreshing cool-down benefit. The Nozzle hose offers a efficient way to clean the toilet too, being able to spray under the lip of the bowl. I would give this one a 10 if I could. There are several models available. This one inserts between the flex hose that attaches to the toilet valve and has the metal quality parts that are under pressure. The connection time - with a wrench and tools is less than a minute. I mounted the nozzle mount on the side of a vanity-adjacent to the throne, so you can do a 'quick-draw' in case something creeps up on you or the cats attack you unexpectedly- very 'special forces.'

Love this product. It really can be installed DIY in 5 minutes! Be sure to watch the installation video on You Tube which not only shows how very easy it is to install but shows exactly how product works. Water is cool, room temperature.
Problem:The handle sticks out at an angle from the side of the tank.
Solution: After a week or so gravity will pull the handle down and it will lay flat against the side of the tank as shown in the pictures.
Problem: No matter how you "shake and dance those last few drops" escape from the handle after it is replaced.
Solution: Take a few sheets of TP or paper towel and with the black switch on the handle depressed hold the handle as close to the floor as possible while gently tapping the handle opening against the paper for a few seconds. Gravity etc. will virtually completely empty the tube.
Problem: The handle holder does not allow the toilet tank lid to fit snugly against the tank top leaving (Especially on Kohler )1/4 inch gap on between the top and the tank. The tank top will slide about 1/4 of an inch but will not slide off the top.
Solution: Since this in no way effects the operation of the toilet but if it still bothers you then you can mount the handle against the wall using appropriate glue or screws. This method, however, will entail more effort and make restoring the original appearance more difficult. I opted for if "it if is not broke, don't fix it".
To detect even the smallest drip from any of the connections leave few sheets of paper towel overnight underneath the connections. This will show if even one drop of water fell during the night.
If you have any questions the very patient and helpful folks at Rinse World will take as long as needed to solve the problem.
I am so pleased with this unit that I am going to order the faucet handle bidet from Rinse World for another bath room. (The layout of the bathroom in which I installed this unit has the sink in an adjoining room.) There is also a separate instruction video for the faucet bidet.)
Very highly recommended.
Excellent quality product and easy to install!

My wife and I were "introduced" to hand held bidets while traveling (in Thailand there are hand held sprayers on every "American style" toilet, and in Japan and Korea... well what can I say.....the Japanese style toilets are amazing!). We decided that we enjoyed the clean feeling of using one regularly so much that I decided to look online to find on to install in our home. After reading multiple reviews, I was happy to have found this in Amazon because this is an excellent quality product! The spray handle is very ergonomic and modern looking and the spray is even and round. Not a messy spray pattern like many of the others modeled after kitchen spray nozzles that seem to spray water everywhere. The pressure is easy to adjust with the valve on the hose attachment, but you do have to reach down and back a bit (under your toilet tank) to open and close it, and to adjust it during use. Also, the hose length was perfect. Not too long as many other sprayers are that are intended to be used to wash diapers, etc. It was very easy to install. My toilet already had a flexible hose attachment, so it took me literally only 5 minutes to put this on. The only issue that I had was that the plastic clip sent along with it to hang it off the side of the toilet was too small for the type of Kohler toilet that I have, so I had to hang it on the wall. No worries though! Having it on the wall actually makes it easier to reach while seated. The flexible metal hose seems extremely durable, but I will follow the instructions to turn the valve off after use to avoid a "blowout" or other leakage problem from the hose that could flood our home. If you have a floor drain in your bathroom, (i.e.- a bathroom designed as a "wet room") then this might not be an issue for you. Most US bathrooms are not designed this way and do not have floor drains. Finally, using this as a cold water sprayer for us has not been uncomfortable at all (no heater needed). I would highly recommend this product!
So far so good

I've been using this bidet for about 2 weeks now and so far so good. I spent alot of time reading Amazon reviews for bidets before buying one and I was torn between getting this handheld bidet or going with one you install onto the actual toilet seat like the Luxe Bidet Neo 180/185. I decided to go with the handheld one figuring it would be easier to control myself and I didn't have to worry about it not being compatible with my toilet seats like you do with Luxe Bidets that install onto the actual seat. Installation was fairly simple, I read all the directions and also watched the youtube videos that show you how to install it. I don't think Amazon will let you post youtube links in a product review so just go onto youtube and search for, "Aquaus for Toilet Installation by Rinseworks" and it should be the first result. I also had to replace the water supply line going to my toilet since I had the solid metal line that won't work with this bidet, most toilets don't have this but if you're like me and need to replace it then just search on youtube for, "Replacing Hard Water Supply Line Aquaus by Rinseworks" and they have all the directions there.

I was very careful installing it to make sure nothing was missed and so far I've had no leaks or any issues. Every time I get done using the bidet I turn the little water control valve off like they say you should do then I press the button to release any remaining water in the line then hang up the bidet wand on the side of my toilet. The whole point of me getting a bidet is to reduce the amount of toilet paper and to be more hygienic, if you think about it we use water to clean everything else in our life; dishes, car, our bodies, our mouth. Why not use water to clean your anus instead of rubbing dry toilet paper all around to clean it? It just makes more sense to use water to get it clean and then you use the toilet paper now to dab your anus/butt dry of any water.

This bidet works decently, I'm still getting used to holding the wand between my legs while sitting on the toilet and aiming it to get where it needs to go. I've been coming in from the front while sitting on the toilet with the bidet wand and pointing it up near my anus and using it and it's been doing a decent job. The back of the toilet seat has been getting wet doing that though so I've been having to clean it up afterwards. I'm going to try coming from the backside while sitting on the toilet with the bidet wand and see if that works better, hopefully doesn't create such a mess.

This whole handheld bidet thing is kind of awkward to use though which is why I deducted a star from the rating, I'm thinking I should have purchased one that you install onto the actual toilet seat like the Luxe Bidet Neo 180/185. Those bidets have tons of reviews here on Amazon and are rated pretty well, you don't have to mess with putting a bidet wand between your legs or behind you with those. The nozzle peeks down from the toilet seat that you install and just shoots the water up spraying your anus off without you having to reach your hand down there with any kind of wand. I'm thinking that might be the way to go so I'm not so sure about this whole handheld bidet thing. I'm going to use this Aquaus handheld bidet for a while to see how it goes but I might eventually switch to the Luxe Neo 185 and give it a shot to see if I like the toilet seat built in one better.

Also, for those worried about installing a bidet and having it leak and flood their bathroom/house and causing tons of money in damage you can buy a water sensor alarm here on Amazon for cheap and just put it below the bidet and if it leaks it will cause the alarm to go off like a smoke alarm that can be heard throughout the house. I have water sensor alarms installed below my sinks and utility room and in my bathrooms and they work like charm if water ever leaks you'll know.
