the battery life isn't that bad, but the audio is not so great

Video quality is as expected, the battery life isn't that bad, but the audio is not so great. The plastic feels like a cheap toy, but it gets the job done. It's very light, you could probably mount it on a drone or RC car no problem.

Great camera for younger kids, you will need additional memory though. I wouldn't suggest it for anything professional though.

Pleasantly surprised. Great for kids, I'm not sure I'd be thrilled as an adult since the video is mediocre quality. For the very casual user, it works well. I guess if you want something to record and it doesn't need to be high quality, this is perfect.
The picture feature where it takes photos every two seconds during the action - not so much. They've all been super blurry pictures. Video or taking a planned, single shot pic while still - good!
