I'm just wanting to let all you beef jerky fans out there about a great product and fine small business. I purchased hot and spicy slab jerky 1.5 bag twice within a month to me it's quite addictive. Prompt delivery and very reasonably priced product I only wish it was hotter I really like the heat but it tastes great all the same. Any chance of getting a ghost pepper jerky? I'd be all over that in a heartbeat!!! Anyway if you like beef jerky i'm sure you will enjoy this and if you have any problems there's contact info for that as well. I highly recommend this jerky Peace and good jerky...

Edit: Changed to 1 star. Apparently, they do a very, very poor job at cleaning the grates in their dehydrator. A few pieces taste like pineapple and a few taste like fish. Very unpleasant, actually.
Edit 2: Threw probably over a pound of it out. Most pieces tasted fishy. Disgusting jerky. The more I ate the more I hated it.

I absolutely love love love this jerky. The flavor never fails. It is always the same flavor no matter where I buy it. I had just received this today and the weather was 105 degrees but with the good packaging it did not affect my jerky at all. The spice level is always perfect and does not vary like other ones do. I think this jerky has more quality than the other slabs sold around gas stations such as old trapper or werner. This is my favorite jerky and I am so glad that I have discovered it and that they sell it on amazon.
