I received this item, but the bottom fasteners are stripped or don't tighten. I tried to process a return, but the option doesn't appear for this purchase. So the product arrived quickly, it is as described, but I haven't found a way to return the defective product.

Works great with the Rola basket but doesn't have enough gripping force.

The clamping method isn't secure enough. The mount will rotate on the bar of the Rola basket. This is the only design fault. When the bolts are torqued down they still don't grip the basket with sufficient force. Good enough for short trips but I'm not sure I'd trust these on a long cross-country trip.
