Every bar (professional or at Home) needs Rose water for the once-in-a-year drink that requires it. Regular bitters is more orange flavored and colored. This is great for bloody Marys, Mimosas, old fashions, or general cooking. Try a few dashes with black pepper and a sweet russian mustard brushes on a slice of pork loin and hot baked for 6 minutes to seal in flavor, then slow baked until done. Talk about some great pork open faced sandwich with your favorite side dish! You may also use this the dash up a soup, or mushrooms!
