This is a great stand.....a little pricey but sturdy....go for the Marine Grade. The stands took a little extra time to put together and actually level them but they work great.

I've had the regular version (not marine grade) for several years and been very happy with it. Overall holding up very well. However, about a year ago I moved it to an outdoors location near salt water and I'm now seeing some (superficial, I hope) rust. So since we needed storage for 2 more kayaks I was pleased to find it now comes in this marine grade version. It has all the attributes of the regular model - well made, easy to assemble and use, and because it's a 2 piece free standing system, easy to adjust or move to different locations.
