Look, these are gorgeous, and the ball end makes it super easy to get at the bolt at an angle.... but since the other end is so short, you can't grab enough of the tool to have any torque to tighten. I had to get a t-handle set.

I have been a builder/fabricator for many years now and have always had a dislike for cap screws because they ultimately end up with a destroyed head at some point in life. I have had dozens of hex key sets from fold ups, t handles, driver bits, you name it. Most of my better ones are ones that I have made or modified.

Enter the PB Swiss set. The angle change, short head and exacting machined ends allow for perfect fit and torque. The sizes and part numbers are printed on each key which are not pictured and was a nice surprise. The color coding is very helpful when working on a car with various sizes. One of the cars in my shop right now has 4 different cap screws involved in the current project and I've got to know them by color - which is very nice when you keep switching off.

This set a few years ago would have saved me hundreds in buying inferior sets and countless scars.

If you want a good set of Allen's this brand is the one. My dad gave me my first set that I still have and use every day at work they have out lasted all my other brands. They might b a little pricey but u will not b disappointed after the years of service that we'll give you.
