These are hands down the best arch supports I have ever purchased. I even have custom orthotics and always go back to these. These were recommended by a podiatrist I use to see for plantar faciitis and I wear them all the time. I even got a pair a hey dudes and put them in my hey dudes! To say I am in love is an understatement. Just ordered another pair.

My son had foot pain from flat feet. He went to an orthopedist/podiatrist and they sold him shoe inserts for $80. I looked up the UPC code on the box of what they sold him and found these. Same exact UPC. Same exact inserts. The Dr version has senior citizens on the box whereas these had various ages, but otherwise identical products. These are 1/4 the cost so I buy them here on Amazon and he can add to all his shoes and not have to switch the same pair in and out all the time. They work well for him. Glad I found them cheaper here!
