Tried at least 8 insoles ordered online. They all had either a hard center core that was painful, didn't cover entire foot, gave no support or too much support, or all of the above. Finally, here is a pair that is just right. They support in all the right places and are soft and comfortable, stay put in shoes and fit my women's size 9 foot without trimming. The beige pair is inconspicupus in sandals (why are so many some garish color?). I just oredered this 2nd pair to use in other shoes. They are reasonably priced and a huge help with my many foot problems.

These insoles are not only comfortable, they're thin enough to work with shoes, booties and/or sneakers that might not fit with a thicker insole ( I prefer to leave the original insole in to create more padding). These also work great with rain boots, providing support and making it possible to wear the rain boots for longer than if no insole were inserted. I've purchased a few pairs, and will continue to buy more-

I have several pairs of these inserts and am really satisfied with them. As a nurse, I work long hours, standing on my feet all day/night/evenings and they really help provide comfort my entire shift. Having flat feet and sciatica problems, I always need extra support for my feet and legs. I have also been diagnosed with spurs in all my toes, so am very happy that they support my feet.
