Very Disappointed. Defective product
Yanche✓ Verified PurchaseFebruary 25, 2017
Very disappointed with the product. Constantly connecting and disconnecting. Product is clearly defective. Unfortunately the time window to return it has passed. How do I know I received a defective item? Simple. I bought two others from other Amazon sellers. Refurbished units. Both work flawlessly. And two refurbished units cost about the same as the so called new Jabra Tour. Beware.
MUCH better than the Jabra Freeway!

Excellent speakerphone -- not quite perfect, but close enough not to matter.

I started with the Jabra Freeway, because I thought at the time I'd like to play music through it. The Freeway was a disaster, and I returned it -- read my review, if you want.

It's a mystery why the Tour, at half the price, is a superior product to the Freeway, but it is. Calls in and out are clear, and volume is loud enough for all but the noisiest environment. The Tour connects and disconnects very reliably when I enter or leave the car, so I leave it on all the time. Long, long battery life -- you can leave the unit turned on, and it'll be good for a long time.

Media from my Android Phone plays fine through the Tour (but I don't use it for music, so I can't speak to that). I use it mostly for Google Directions. I haven't been able to get voice command working through the Tour, but I think it's because I haven't set it up properly on my phone -- low priority. I'd like the Tour to signal me when a text message comes in, and then give me a hands-free option to listen to the message -- I don't know whether it can do this or not, maybe I'll post a question.

If you need a portable speakerphone, get this one. For $50 or so, you can't go wrong.
Sadly, Not so great. Returning.

Pretty bummed about this hand-free speakerphone --- looks sleek, seemed easy to use --- but it doesn't do what it's supposed to do: Give you hands-free freedom. The call button rarely recognizes commands (which is frustrating) so I end up dialing on my phone at the next red light and then speaking through the speakerphone. Kind of defeats the purpose. Also, people on the other end of my call said I sound "tinny" when using it. Returning now.
Started out as a great product but after 2 months, it doesn't work well at all

When I first bought the product, it worked so well, I purchased a second one for my husband. Now it's 2 months later and the quality had dropped quite a bit (with occasional use, a couple of times a week, at most). At first, everyone could hear me very well and there were now issues. Now it sounds like I'm in a tunnel and people can't understand me on the other end. I'm quite disappointed and I'm wary of buying any more Jabra products as the Jabra wireless earpiece that I bought before this product had similar issues. I chalked those issues up to new technology at the time I bought it but since this is the second product that is having issues, I may have to find another brand. Ultimately, I would not recommend this product since the quality of the item degrades quickly.
The sound is not loud enough for me
Brett✓ Verified PurchaseJuly 5, 2016
I used this in my work vehicle because I wanted to listen to audio books but found myself not using it very much. When the car is operational, it makes too much noise and the sound in this blue tooth speaker is not very good. If you have a loud vehicle I would recommend another product that has more speakers instead of this one that has just the one. The design is nice, I just need more power. When the vehicle is standing still and not operational, I can hear the audio fine but again, wish it was better quality.
