The pickups sound ok, on par with my squier ...

The pickups sound ok, on par with my squier pickups. They are ceramic, not alnico, 500k pots installed so it is quite bright.

Not usable because they are too noisy. I didn't get around to installing these before the return window closed. I know they are cheap and I expect some hum from cheap single coils, but this is different. Very disappointed.
Pickups sound great. Got all new gold hardware with this mint ...

Had a late 80's epi that got experimented on to many times. Needless to say it needed new electronics and hasnt been played in 5+ yrs. Pickups sound great. Got all new gold hardware with this mint green pickguard on a sunburst body. Love it.
