This works great for my body scrubs I will include recipe below.
1 cup black salt
1 cup raw sugar
1/4 olive oil
1/4 coconut oil
2 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon aloe Vera
You can add more oils if you need it and more sugar or salt as needed.
I sometimes add a scoop of mud powder to a separate bowl before I apply.

Love this stuff. Doesn't really matter which brand, but it has to be finely ground and come in bulk as opposed to coarse and having a grinder. The fun part is always finding the right container to put it in. Since we use it for cooking as well as personal seasoning depending on the food, I have found that repurposing old McCormick black pepper tins or Old Bay seasoning tins works best - then I just cover the tin with black salt labels to make sure they aren't mistaken for the pepper or the old bay. A little goes a long way with this stuff when it comes to flavor, and you don't want too much charcoal in your system either because charcoal absorbs a lot of vitamins and minerals in your food, as well as some medications people take.

Compared to other brands I've used over the years, I found this to be, In my opinion, a higher quality. It wasn't too dense, but was enough that it flowed nicely, meaning directly down where I needed to sprinkle it, without the light wind I had blowing it away before it hit the ground. Also, with a light rain, it didn't clump.
