I've used mine daily for several years w/ no problems. You can jam the deposit door if do not remove deposits regularly or at least place them in the bottom section. I'm buying a second one.

EVERYTIME I GO TO DEPOSIT SOMETHING INTO IT THE SAFE WILL NOT OPEN. I SPEND HALF MY MORNING GETTING IT TO REOPEN.
SERVICE PHONE NUMBERS HELPED GET IT UNLOCKED THE FIRST TIME AFTER THAT THEY WERE NOT AS HELPFUL. THEY SUGGESTED CALLING HOLLON DIRECTLY. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND.
