I absolutely love these cold packs. They don't get so cold that they are uncomfortable to wear directly on your skin but they also stay cold long enough that they are effective. These are the best cold packs I have ever owned.

The size is great for applying to various locations. There is plenty of gel filling, and it get cold and stays really cold for a good length of time. I am supposed to use it for 25 minutes at a time, and it holds the cold so well that it quickly gets very cold again in the freezer and ready for the next use. I highly recommend it!

I just started physical therapy yesterday for a torn rotator cuff. Afterwards they used the FlexiKold Gel Soft Flexible Ice Packs on my shoulder. It brought such relief. This is the only brand they stocked. I wanted the best as well. Now I can go through the daily PT exercises at home, knowing I will get that same relief at the end of the session. I recently had my hip replaced and purchased these gel ice packs in a variety of sized (for hip, knee and ankle). They became my "go to" ice packs, quickly removing all the others from the freezer. They hold the cold for a reasonable amount of time and are flexible to wrap around the injury gently. I had Velcro straps from another ice pack so I used thise To help keep them in place so I coukd sleep. I was looking fo r something similar to what I get at PT and these were pretty darn close. Highly recommend.
