Over all it is OEM has official stickers inside showing it coming from toyota manufactur. It's quality is very well I purchased this tire cover for a 2008 Toyota FJ cruiser it fit perfectly it is very secured against wind with a elastic band that wraps tightly around the tire. If you don't have a tire cover for you FJ and want one, this covers worth the investment plus makes your FJ look more clean.
