No funny flavors ...

This is great pure inulin. I use about 3 teaspoons in 4 ounces of water and there is no goo and very little taste. I'll be back for more.
Good food addition!

I sprinkle a tsp on my salad after pouring dressing on top. It adds a little sweetness to the food. It works well.
excellent prebiotic fiber source
Amazon CustomerApril 26, 2016
I take three tablespoons of inulin a day. This is the amount used in research which showed many healthy benefits. This comes from chicory root which is better than agave as a source in my opinion. I dissolve this in tea or mix it into melted chocolate to make candy.

Arrived securely packaged and on time.

It dissolves well if you stir while you pour the powder into your drink and keep stirring for a while. The warmer the beverage, the quicker it dissolves.
great fiber additive/flour substitute.

This stuff is great if you're trying to use in baking to substitute half of the recipe's flour for fiber. Caution though- don't consume too much unless you know you'll be alone the next day- massive farting!
