I bought this replacement cartridge in January because I knew it was running low. Just now had to replace my old cartridge (same cartridge number) with this new one. The printer keeps stating that this cartridge is NOT COMPATIBLE.

I ordered 2 of these last year one worked just fine but when i installed the other one (new out of the package) nothing printed not one page. I would like a replacement cartridge but when calling Versaink they said i was not in their system (i am assuming because i ordered off Amazon.)

I've bought this cartridge several times before (from both Amazon and VersaInk) but this particular one I ordered did not work. My printer kept giving me the "Incompatible Ink Cartridges" error message, I've used other non-HP branded as well as HP-branded cartridges and have had no issues with them. I've tried cleaning the cartridge contacts and printer contacts to no avail, as well as other troubleshooting tips.
