I admit it, I'm totally gaga over Rockstar. I've been drinking this for at least a dozen years. Though the can says Original, they did actually change the flavor of the "original" a couple years ago. I much preferred the first version, over this, but it is what it is. So, the reason for the 4 stars is because the size of the can was smaller at 12-oz, rather than its usual size of 16-oz. Not only did I find the value for the money to be poor, but the size makes a difference for sure, because even after drinking this size I was too sleepy to keep my eyes open. However, it's a good size for the beginner to energy drinks. This size box also fits conveniently inside my refrigerator door shelf.

Rockstar Pure Zero Grape is my favorite flavor of energy drink. It does not have that gross sugar free flavor that other sugar free energy drinks tend to have. I like that it has 240mg of caffeine, which is enough to get me through the day. Buying on Amazon in a 12 pack is usually a good value and they ship it in a shrink wrapped case. I have yet to have them come smashed or leaking.

I am not a coffee drinker and get my caffeine mostly through energy drinks. The only problem is that I go through a few cans daily. I like the size of these 16oz cans better than the smaller cans because I just tend to sip on them while I work and crack open a new one when I am done. I am a huge fan of the carbonation and the Fruit Punch flavor is probably one of the better ones from their Pure Zero line of energy drinks.
I first started liking the XDurance line with 300MG of caffeine and 0 sugar but found myself happy with this line as well. I feel like this is enough caffeine for me and the fact that there is 0 sugar is a big plus for me as sometimes I drink several during heavy work days/nights.

god these are so good they are getting me through all my grad school assignments. Rockstar punched brings me back to my childhood when I played minecraft all night. Over the past year or two I've seen less and less of this flavor at grocery and convenience stores, and since I started ordering these online I've saved so much time, money, and gas not having to hunt them down. Maybe they sell out fast in stores if I'm not the only one buying them all up? This is seriously my favorite carbonated beverage period.
