These HAVE to be programmed! I have a solution!

GM in their Infinit wisdom made these a computer so they need to be programmed or only the driver's window will work. However, if you remove the two torx screws and the back cover you'll expose a circuit board. That board will come out if you carefully wiggle it. Swap your old board into the new switch and your golden. I did it last night, works like a dream. There are 2 circuit boards in the switch only change out the one closest to the back cover that has all the plug pins on it.
