Love the sharpness of the knives, easy to resharpening, all knives hold a sharp edge for a long time, highly recommend you wash knives by hand, a dishwasher can dull a knife. Best darn knives I have ever owned

I bought these for my husband for our anniversary. They are beautiful knives and easy to handle. The only down side was that you have to sharpen before use. My husband has no problem with sharpening them before hand though and uses them regular.

I recently wanted a new knife set and read tons of reviews during the process - everything kept steering me back to this set. I can say, I'm very pleased I made the decision to order this set. I love that this specific set doesn't take up much counter space and they even look great. The Henckels logo on front just screams quality. The last set I had was from a different company and seems those knives were only sharpened on one side? This set from Henckels were plenty sharp out of the box and cut like a dream. If you're in the market for a new knife set, look no further.

Aloha, I've been looking at buying these knives for awhile, finally just went for it! I'm so glad I did, it's a beautiful set and yes very sharp. My first use and barely somehow got the top of my nail in its way and it cut through the nail and a bit into me.. I'm totally OK and it just made me say yeah I've got a great set of sharp knives!!! They slice with such ease and care and the comfort in the hand is nice.. can't wait to do more slicing of food that is.. lol 😆 I'll keep my fingers way away!! I would fully recommend them!! And such a great price!
