I have had it since August 2020 and its October 2023. It works great. I love the water out of the tap now. I put it in glass bottles in the fridge and drink it every day. I use a 1 micron filter with it. I cannot recommend this Water Filter enough.
So much easier than replacing water in plastic jugs.

When I first purchased this unit I had a problem with the adapter fitting my standard faucet with internal threading. So I called CS to find out what was happening. Ended up returning the original purchase and exchanging for another new one. The replacement worked like a charm. One thing that I suggest is to apply a very thin coating of Vaseline on the threads of the adapter as well as the housing threads and O ring. Makes a better seal. This is a great alternative to plumbers tape. One other thing that I did notice was that the silver outlet faucet on the housing does have a very slow drip after dispensing water. It does go away after a few minutes. Can be a little annoying, but it does go away. Replacement of the water filter is very simple. Just use the provided housing wrench. Make sure you are doing this in the sink. I also recommend using a towel to hold the base when your are loosening and tightening the housing. Helps get a good grip of the base, which is necessary to successfully remove the housing. Do not over tighten. Just make it snug. Otherwise you may seize the threads making it impossible to remove. A good tip to know. The carbon filter block is better than the counter pitcher type of water filters as you get continual flow of water as you are using it. Carbon Filters are relatively inexpensive. You can use any brand as long as it is 10" x 2.5". Overall a great value for a reasonable price.
