Not good customer service from manufacture

Nice, but customer service is hard to get ahold of and their voice-mail box is full. My item has a flaw after 30 days. Padding bunching up, and struts not holding lid open. Disappointed. I have been going back and forth with abbyson try to get someone out to repair it with no luck. .. 7 weeks later. Getting really upset.

Update...still waiting on getting this defective ottoman dealt with. Finally got the new one in today 5 months later and it is wrong. 7" deep inside storage area versus 11" on my defective one.

Love, love this piece. It is good looking, is substantial in size and has a lot of storage. It also adds additional seating to my family room. Well worth the price. The only thing I had to assemble was to attach the feet. A great value. The packaging was excellent to avoid damages in shipment.
