Perfect for weight loss

Green Coffee Bean Extract by Sports Research keeps my weight loss program on track. I recently switched from another supplier so I have experience spanning several months for green coffee extract. I'm very impressed with Sports Research's choice of ingredients. And, their labels show exactly what's inside with great explanations of every ingredient. I especially like what's NOT in their products - just look at a label and you'll be happy with what you are NOT consuming. I purchase and use other Sports Research products and I will continue to add more of their product line in the future.

If you're sensitive to caffeine don't take this, it's pretty packed and will make your heart rate and pulse go through the roof. Also avoid drinking more caffeine while taking this. That aside, I think it's a good product.
Less than 2% caffeine? Sign me up!

I'm already sold on the benefits of green coffee, especially when it comes to healthy metabolism. What I can't handle is the energy-drink levels of caffeine that some pills contain. These ones claim "less than 2% caffeine" on the bottle. I'm not sure what that translates to in milligrams, but I will say this: I can take one with dinner and have no problem sleeping a few hours later. A coke with dinner will keep me up all night.
And the brand? I've ordered other supplements from Sports Research in the past. They're always high quality.

It is good!!!! I have noticed that it does what it advertises. I didn't really notice much of the difference for metabolism at first. Then again I have a high metabolism to begin with. I have noticed that my weight seems to be more regulated than before. This is not changing my diet at all, and I have the worst eating habits ever. Straight junk lol

This is the only Green Coffee Bean Extract that works for me. I have tried a couple of others, and the Sports Research brand with Svetol is the only one that noticeably curbs my appetite. When taken a half hour before a meal as instructed,I find myself feeling full faster and thus eating less. It has been helpful to me in maintaining my weight, not just losing weight, although it certainly made that easier. No side effects at all.
