I'm a 5'9'' 185 lb female who has smoked heavily (several times a day, every day) for the last 8+ years. I was clean for 8 weeks prior to this test and at 7 weeks was still testing positive with at home tests. I purchased some 5 day detox capsules which I took religiously and drank a ton of water and cranberry juice all week. After about day 2 on the capsules, I had a very faint line on my home tests (barely readable) that continued but never got darker throughout the week. Testing day I chugged this drink @6 am (tasted bad but not awful and did burn my throat a bit), waited 15 minutes and drank the recommended water. Started to feel a little nauseous but I think it's because I drank so much liquid on an empty stomach. Ate some breakfast and drank some coffee shortly after. Tested myself again around 7:30 and had a darker but still faint line. Went to the testing center at 8:30 and had my test by 9. Tested negative immediately and got my clearance! Not sure what exactly helped but the combination of detox capsules, increased water, cranberry juice and this drink definitely worked! Would recommend this regimen for heavy users for sure!

I believe it worked I was clean 21 days before taking my test im giving it 4 stars because no one mentioned how bad it tastes. It's like cough syrup mixed with pepto bismol. It was very hard to keep down and finish but I managed.

I was an avid user for over 5 years but stopped for about 4 weeks. However, I started back using once per week. I last used on a Thursday and I was still showing positive with my home tests the following Thursday. And I needed to take a drug test on Friday. So Friday morning at 10am I drank the drink. Waited exactly 15 mins and I drank a full bottle of water.

I felt nauseous but I drank it slow in big gulps, and when I wanted to throw up, I stopped for a minute or two. It took me 15-20 minutes to drink all of it.

From 10am-2pm I drank 3-4 more bottles of water. I took 2 home tests 1 hour apart and I was clean both times.

It works but I think the key is to stop using for a few days before trying to cleanse your system.

Side effects: the rest of the day I was nauseous. I didn't have diarrhea but I did have 2 loser stool bowel movements. No stomach pain / indigestion- just nausea.

The first picture is from this morning after quitting for 34 days and the second is after using the drink as directed. I havent gotten the results back from the real test yet so wish me luck. I'll report back with the results.

I had about 3 days notice to prepare for a drug screen. I had taken a full 100MG edible less than a week before, and had used prior, never smoked just edibles. I bought two of these immediately, followed the instructions and did a test run the day before my test. I tested myself, was positive initially, drank it, and began testing negative an hour later. 2 hours after drinking it, i wasn't just faintly negative, I was negative like the picture on the box showed. That said, 4 hours after drinking, I was back to positive. I drank the second one the morning of (2 hours is a safe window), and took my real test an hour and a half later, and came back negative. So, this worked for Quest diagnostics.

I didn't get super sick, it came out of me but not as bad as the other reviews would suggest. The taste wasn't bad, I drank them warm to get them down quicker but it's not foul or even as spicy as like a turmeric Whole Foods health drink. For the price and quick turnover time, these can't be beat.
