Good for gout

I started raking these about 4 months ago after experiencing a severe gout attack . I had my Uriic acid level checked and it was 8.7 .
the first week after the gout flare up, I took 2 pills in the morning and 2 pills at night . After about 3 days I started to see major Improvement in the swelling and pain . After the first two weeks I reduced the dosage to one pill in the morning and one at night . I had my Uric acid levels checked after 4 months and the level was 7.2 . I give a lot of credit to this supplement and I also drank a lot of water and stopped drinking beer and switched to 2 glasses of red dry wine a night instead .

Haven't had anymore gout trouble.I use to have gout trouble all the time. This and tart cherry pills have stopped my frequent gout trouble, at least for the 4 months i have been taken it and I use to get it all the time.
It beats the heck out of that ALLOPURINOL medicine that the DRs prescribe, ALLOPURINOL JUST MAKES THE GOUT WORSE when gout strikes.

I've been taking this regularly for over a year now, and although I've felt an attack coming on several times, it never developed into full blown attacks like before. I usually take 3 in the morning and 3 at dinner.

Been taking it before bed for about 1.5 years. If I eat steak or shrimp. Take one about 20 minutes before you eat. It works great for me. Havent had gout since. Love this product.
