Purchased Brooks B17 Black and went for a 100 miles ride, second day almost throw away the saddle.
Got the Selle Royal Respiro went for a 152 miles ride, three days total.
First day no problem, second day no problem and last day like nothing. Just body adjustment and very comfortable, definitely 5 stars.

Not as soft as I thought it would be but the width is a great compromise for bigger frame people like myself. It takes some time for my rear to settle into it but far better than the stock saddle my Trek came with, though. Nice materials. Looks good. I don't notice a "draft in the nethers" but that doesn't mean the ventilation channel isn't helping stay cool and dry. Keeping it.

Bought this in desperation after I took my bike out of garage and got it ready for kid-towing. I got on and my butt immediately felt the pain of my old ISM Adamo saddle. I needed something with padding. It was pretty cheap, relieved my pain to my sit bones, and got me back out with the kids rather than making excuses about the pain. I'm 6-3 240: a Clydesdale.
Could not tell if the ventilation system was effective. The nose is wide but smoothly rounded. I adjusted my cleats to wide and that seemed to work better. Shifting forward and aft was easy and not painful. Seemed to receive it in new condition, no indication of being a second-hand product. Appears to have rubberized suspension in rear like a beach cruiser seat, but to a lesser degree. Dampened road vibration well without giving me a loose or bouncy feel.
I'm of the opinion it does what it does well. I'll check back later if the long term yields a different opinion.

Great bike seat! I am 6'1" and weigh 195 lbs. I am not overweight, but the basic Specialized bike seat that came with my bike killed me after about 15 miles. This bike seat gave me the extra comfort I needed and also looks stylish. It doesn't look like a huge couch cushion seat. You have a nice balance between looks and comfort with this one. For all I know, those large seats are the best on the market, but I've never tried one, so I don't know. I'm happy with this one and don't think I'll be getting a new seat any time soon.
