Well it worked great while it lasted. I bought it in January last year and by October it did not work. I tried to contact anyone regarding a warrenty but New got a response from China! I wish there was a no star option!

Unit lettering is in Japanese rendering it useless for me. It also lacks the SpO2 feature described. So unless they offer to send me a usable replacement I got nothing from my experience but disappointment and the time and expense of returning it.

I really like this product. I think it is calibrated a bit high, but that is very common in home units. It keeps records on three users, plus, it measures the percentage of oxygen in the blood which is also very important. The best thing is that both the blood pressure and percentage of O2 are both done in the same unit. This is what makes this little machine a stand out product.
