Not as good as restaurant quality, but good enough to do in a pinch, and really good if you slightly modify it to taste with a few additional spices.
Delicious!

This is awesome! Love Tom Yum have tried to make from scratch many times but couldn't achieve the depth of flavor. I added mushrooms and rinsed canned tomatoes. It was delicious. I am ordering again.

I am so pleased I found and purchased this product! I love Tom Yum soup and have tried making it at home from scratch... but it never came out right because I couldn't find the key ingredients in my grocery store (lemongrass, galanga, etc.). BUT, using this paste as a base worked like a charm! The soup came out just like it tastes in a Thai restaurant!
I sauteed onion and garlic, added water & the Tom Yum Paste and let that come to a boil. Then, I simmered shrimp, mushrooms, tomatoes, bean sprouts and some green onion on very low heat. It was delicious!
ONE NOTE: It is STRONG! I used half as much as recommended on the jar (1 TB per cup water, instead of 2TB per cup water)... this is fine because the jar will last longer ;)
