My 3 year old held in poops for days because she was so scared and her poops were hard and it hurt. These gummy bears are magical! It took a couple of weeks for her poop to become soft, but now she's not so scared and it doesn't hurt! Definitely a must have!!!

They're gummies, I would expect then to be soft. They're pretty difficult for a 3yo to chew, 5 yo wouod rather have these than fruit snacks. They loved them because they're gummie bears and always asked for them in the morning. Going to try a different brand first, and circle back to these if they prefer.
