I've been buying protein bars as a regular diet regime and thought I would give these a try. The cost was decent. I use to love sweets, I grew up eating candy, cookies, chips and whatever I could get hold of :)
If you like sweets, this is for you, there is low sugar, high protein but since I've cut sweets out of my diet the flavor was a bit overwhelming. I bought quite a bit on my order so instead of wasting the bars, I am going to try to tone down the sweetness and mix it with bananas and possibly a protein drink and make a delicious shake.
