After feel months the base snapped off the pole. Just order another one to give another try. Will update if it's happens again.

I don't suggest buying this if you have cleaning OCD. You will be really creeped out by what comes out of your carpet. Seriously. The only drawback is that is somewhat difficult to use. I have to do my carpet in stages, otherwise I find myself completely exhausted. But it has done the trick! The carpet looks so good once you're done.

Was using it in a pulling motion to gather up hair from carpet and the base snapped off the pole (above where the "fingers screw on to the pole"). Trying to figure out how to get my money back.
