Hmm, Not sure if I accomplished anything with this tool.. You do have to wrap a rag around or get spray everywhere and no instructions are included. Well made and adjust well.

Works ok, just very messy to use. I have has marginal success using it on cables that are close to frozen, better to use in cables that work to prolong their life.
find out if this will actually fit your cables before buying this

cant tell what cables this is made for but it wouldnt work at all with my harley
