this engine came with the new style open port cylinder! not the old sand cast type as pictured good deal for the low price also came with the bo feng carb.

The media could not be loaded. The engine runs more smoothly than I thought. You need to lift the choke on the carb for a few strokes during startup, just in case anyone doesn't know.
The main concern for me is the chain tensioner. It's hard to tighten, and it'll be horrible if it gets into the rear wheel. For my bike, the plastic wheel on the tensioner isn't aligned with the chain, so i spent quite some time to get it right. Every time you start the engine you essentially give a pull on the tensioner. Better keep it in place.
The exhaust pipe gets into the way of the pedals, so had to mount it the other way. Wasn't able to seal it so it's crazy loud right now.
Engine mount was quite universal. However i was only able to mount on one spot. Works out fine for me.

This was an okay kit, it does have it's fare share of problems. From what I have seen it is mostly athetect. However it does have a few mechanical flaws.
One of the biggest annoyances is the owners manual, it seems to have been written by someone who doesn't have complete in place about how to put the kit together, as well as not knowing how to write an owners manual.
As far as I have noticed asthetically the fins on the cylinder head are cheaply made, because it tools like they were cuz with an angle grinder, their is also the paint issue, on the fuel tank. It looks like it was done haft asked, because I can see bubbles and it being slightly uneven in some areas. One final problem area that I encountered was the sprocket that gets installed on the rear rim was surprising crooked so I'm going to have to order another one of those, although I have already planned on doing that from the get go, so it only slightly bothers me.
The building posses is actually verry simple, mostly straight forward, the manual does a mediocre job at best to help with the build posses,
With all that being said this is a great project to do for someone who is wanting to have a small fun project to have with a younger family memeber, I do not expect it to last long in my hands and that only do to that fact that I'm allways extremely hard on these small cheap engines.
