The box looked like it had been in a war when it arrived. Tape covered large missing pieces of the box. I was very nervous using it given the amount of work needed to drain and remove a waterbed mattress. I have owned waterbeds for 30 years and this mattress is pretty good so far. Time will tell how it holds up but off to a good start once I moved passed the damaged box. I wish they would invest in better boxes and charge a few more dollars.

My wife and I have slept on a waterbed mattress since 1979. We have had a lot of different types and brands of mattresses but none compares to this one. It was extremely comfortable. I honestly can't say enough good about it. This was also our first completely waveless model and we love that too. If you have slept on a waterbed for years or just looking to try one for the first time, I highly recommend this mattress.

I've had a waterbed for over 30 years, and while this is only my third mattress- it is amazing! It is so comfortable. We filled it and used it the first day- with none of the usual add a little/remove a little water to get it to the right level. This mattress was perfect from day one. It seems very well made- thick, pliable material. It is essentially waveless - we have a king size and I barely even feel it when my husband gets in or out of bed. Would recommend this mattress. Best we've had.

Holy cow! I have been sleeping on a waterbed since 1984 and had a Morgan Gold for about 25 years because it was so comfortable I didn't want to give it up. Since I've purchased 3 waterbed mattresses all which the internal baffling fell apart within 4-5 years each leaving me laying practically on the hard frame!

I bought the Infomax 800 waveless and I cannot believe the quality and comfort of this mattress!!! I've had it for a few weeks and have never slept better! Waveless, solid, comfortable, perfect! I can't say enough about this amazing mattress! I only wish I could stockpile another one for years to come when I need to replace this one because I am sure I will never find a mattress even remotely close to the comfort of this one! I did not encounter any of the things some of the negative reviewers have written here; no vinyl oder, the cap and plug are fine and no wrinkles when you fill it properly. I highly recommend this bed to any and all waterbed aficionados!

I read many reviews on this mattress. Some complained of vinyl smell and I thought about not ordering, but needed a bed. The most reviews were good, so I crossed my fingers and ordered. So glad I did. The mattress was quickly delivered and easy to set up. NO smell at all. There is a little movement but quickly stops. I made the right decision to buy and glad I did.
