Great for a while - then a leak! - Fantastic Customer Support

This worked beautifully for almost a year - we Loved it ... then it suddenly started leaking out of the housing when the valve was turned on. All hose connections were tight but apparently there ws a seal inside which failed after a while.
We called the company from their Luxe bidet website number and were met by the most cordial, helpful, and responsive Customer Service I have ever encountered. They explained what had happened and sent a replacement by air.
We shopped and compared many bidets before buying and Luxe's 180 and 185 are by far the best deals out there. I would recommend the 185 because of its being easier to regulate the pressure. Many of the loss of stars and negative comments about the 180 are due to the lifting valve being difficult to control.

Everything you've read is true -- it's fast and easy to install, and it works.

Once I decided to get a bidet, I started looking at different options. There's a brand called Tushy that looks really sleek, but costs about 20% more. I decided to save the money and go with one of these units. After considering the hot/cold version, I realized that it would require drilling a hole in my cabinet to access the hot water line for the sink, which my landlord probably wouldn't appreciate. Also, since it takes some time for the hot water to arrive, there wasn't much benefit to be had anyway. The Neo 180 was my choice because of the dual nozzles. No regrets.
The look and feel is a little plasticky, but for $50, it's hard to complain too much. It's just like the plastic shower heads -- they may not last long, but they work and are a good value. As long as this lasts me a year, I think it will be well worth the money.

Like many of you may be, I was on the fence about getting this as I did not like the thought of water being shot up my derriere. It wasn't until I went to go visit my dad for a week that I found out how great this product is! He has a bidet and for the first few days I used paper but I finally gave in and while the feeling is a little surprising at first, it leaves you with a very clean feeling as if you never did the deed in the first place. You know the feeling sometimes when you just use paper it can leave you uncomfortable and like you need to go back and wipe again. With this no such thing occurs! Like many other reviewers have said it is hard to go back to just paper when you are away from your house after using the bidet. You also will save money on paper as you only need it to dry yourself. The water pressure is fine and I went with the cold only option since I did not want to run a hot water line, but you hardly notice the cold water as you only run it for about five seconds. Also installation was super easy, just watch the above video in the product description. Put your preconceptions aside and get this! You won't regret it.
It's strong, very strong

It's very easy to install, you don't need thread seal tape, as the hoses and adapters all have a inside rubber ring that seals very well.
My toilet was almost unfit for the bidet. Check my photos. It got very close to the side, and the holes were almost out to put the plastic screws. But it fitted well.
So before anything, remove the toilet lid and check if the unit will fit the hole in a nice position.
I need to warn you guys, the water jet is strong. Start with the "women" position and go slowly on the knob. OK?
The auto clean is very efficient, the knob is smooth, all good materials.
Keep in mind it has just 3 positions, Women, Wash, and Cleaning. There is no in between positions, or smooth transitions. Whe you left the Women, you are on Wash, and the difference is noticeable.
I wish the knob was not hollow underneath but just for ergonomics reasons.
Very satisfied.

Easy to install, needs better volume control and adjustment

Easy to install, needs better volume control and adjustment
This literally went on it 15 min.
very easy to use.
I really do not notice a difference between the two stream settings, (one is supposed to shoot further up for women).
My only complain, which is an important one is when you pull up on the lever to turn on the water, unless you REALLY focus on opening the valve in just a tiny bit in micro adjustments what you get is either OFF or a painfully forceful full on stream.
It feels like if you turned your garden hose nozzle to the jet setting...so you think it is going to tear your skin down there.
One word when that happens...painful!
Other reviews have suggested reducing the water pressure in your house or turning the water valve to the toilet way down. Well neither of those is a viable solution and don't work anyway. You cannot reduce your whole house pressure and turning down the fill valve to the toilet to a trickle means your toilet would also take forever to refill after flushing.
Anyway I tried the latter solution just for the heck of it and even turned down to almost off, I had the same experience.
If I get just the right tiny pull on, then I will get a nice soft stream, but it is very hard ot do each time.
There are two almost identical versions of this bidet, the 180 with the on\off leaver which is what I have and was most recommended, or the 185, which is the exact same product but with a dial instead of a lever for on\off control. I have not used that model but would be inclined to think a dial may give you a little better flow adjustment control...anyone out there have that model who could comment on that?
I think the issue is that the water spout that drops down has a vertical slit which produces the stream restriction shape and thus the pressure. I may fiddle with a drill bit to open it up to a more circular open spout, hoping for a more gentle flow...although that may just ruin the product and end the warranty.
One other small note, the white control lettering is on a one piece of white gel type sticker, which is already peeling up.
