Excellent laser for Ruger LCR 38

Bought this for my wife's ruger 38 that she uses for everyday carry. Very well made, very bright laser that can be solid or flashing. Easy to turn on and off. Does not add bulk to the pistol and does not hinder any movement into or out of holster.

Lasers for handguns can be relatively expensive, and while this one wasn't cheap it was much less expensive than most of the others I've seen. Installation was fairly easy (even for those of us who are mechanically challenged), and making the adjustments (zeroing the laser in) was a snap. If you have any of the Ruger LCR revolvers this should fit and while I haven't taken it to the range yet, it looks like exactly what I needed.
Great improvement over iron sights especially for older eyes.

Quick install. No adjustment (for mine) needed from the 10 yard line. Didn't realize there was a strobe setting as well, sweet! Really like this upgrade especially for old eyes that can't see the front sight without bifocals.

I put this on an LCR 22 Magnum and it does the job. It's easy to install and blends in to the handgun frame very nicely. It has 2 settings - steady on and flashing. There is an activation switch on either side which is nice. I went to the range to sight it in and didn't have to adjust it at all. Works great so far(100 rounds).
Received older model ,no auto shut off.

This product received a major upgrade around 2013 by laser max ,the one I received was the older model .the newer model has some nice features, as listed on Amazon's website .but that is not what I received ,does not have the auto off after 10 minutes nor can you program it to strobe. I Hate to say it but it is a gamble as to which one you will receive at this point, I called Amazon on it ,they are simply sending me another one, they could not guarantee me that it would be the updated version. which has been out since 2013. UPDATE 3/22/16 Amazon has sent me a replacement, I was happy to see that it is the most current model with all the bells and whistles, thanks to Jordan in customer service.
