A stumble, but then off to the races!

From 1 star to 5 stars.
I ordered one of these last week, and while it was a bit of a lemon, the customer service was fantastic. The service was so good on getting me a free replacement, that here I am 10 days later w a new sight that worked right out of the box. I'll have it out to the range to zero tomorrow, but it already looks more than a great deal for the price. Some of the reticles are more blurry than others (I like the dot reticle best anyway, that's what the original CCO's had) but the brightness settings are fine. The lowest settings would be best for dusk/night and the brightest settings show up clearly in the bright daylight when you need them, but the middle brightness works in the daylight. I used the old principle that you should turn up the brightness until you can see the dot, and then back it off one, which worked. That had me at the third of five settings. Room to go down for night, and up for the brightest days.
One thing I wasn't expecting but appreciate greatly, is that on one of my rifles, the HUD has a large enough field of view that my iron sights remain visible, greatly mitigating the fact that this sight doesn't have a quick detach. This has the potential (I'll know once I get to the range) to be nearly the quality and effectiveness of the CCO that hundred of thousands of troops have trusted their lives to, and costing 3% of the price. The bang for the buck seems to be unquestioned.
One final suggestion to the manufacturer, the instructions could be a bit more thorough, let me know if you want any suggestions.

pretty good for an airsoft product

For the money, pretty good for an airsoft product, or a small 22 rifle.
The instructions are adequate and written in acceptably clear English. The controls are not especially intuitive and are a bit stiff.
However my example did not come with a battery as promised.

Great Packaging, Great Product!

Out of the box you notice every was packaged nicely, nothing was loose and it seemed like quality packaging for the price. Instruction manual is behind the foam that holds the sight in the package and is quite informative. As for the sight...it's superb. Honestly a steal for what you're paying for. Sight picture is clear, build quality is tough and the switches click nicely. Only flaw I can find on the sight is that it sits a bit lopsided but not enough to mess with target acquisition. Overall very happy with the product and would buy from the seller again.
This is an EXCELLENT sight for it's price

This is an EXCELLENT sight for it's price. I play both airsoft and paintball regularly, and this hasn't failed me in CQC yet. It's easily adjustable for wind and elevation, there's four different laser reticle designs, and the lens is easy to clean if it ever becomes fogged or smudged. The quality of the laser is very good, it's clear and powerful and after you give it a minute to warm up, it's clearly visible. I would have given it five stars, IF I had gotten a lens cover with my sight. The product is advertised as coming with one, but for some reason mine did not ship with one. Others seem not to have had this problem, so this is likely an isolated issue. Otherwise, excellent sight, well worth its price.
A great product at an amazing price.

Excellent product. I'm green/red colorblind, like almost 10% of males. Luckily, I can pick out the green setting on this, as long as I have it on the brightest setting for outdoors. The price is amazing, and the product is solid. I don't have the ego or the finances to buy something ten times more expensive. I highly recommend this.
