My mother uses these booster pads to extend her incontinence pants and also to giver her added security. She sometimes will use two of these pads if going out or at bedtime. They are designed without a liner on the bottom so if you double them up they can add extra protection. She likes them for how they fit - they are not bulky but quite flat.

These pads are real good, they just about double the absorbency of whatever you wear. They can be inserted in any sort of pull-up deals, or fastened into the more traditional daily or overnight briefs. Just be careful with pullup products so the sticky strip don't get tangled up in the pull up. An update: my friend came over to visit and was very upset with her semi-incontinent husbad, so I grabbed a couple of these pads and told her how to use them. Keep your fingers crossed.

Need to be dry at night

My husband is an invalid and keeping him dry at night has been a problem. I've tried putting the booster pad in various products but he stays dry best in Signature panties by Vons with your booster pad. I turn the panty inside out and affix your liner. I do wish the adhesive on the pad were better, but it seems to work.
