Hole in the bottom. Bad packaging

Bad Packaging! I havent been able to try the product. I have ordered this product two different times and the same problem, I think the axel of the wheel make pressure between the fabric and the box and create a hole in the fabric. Also the box have the hole in the same spot. And the hole is where the feet are suppose to be so I am pretty sure that with time it will become bigger. I was very excited about this product now I am not sure if I will reorder it.

This is freaking amazing! Relatively easy to assemble (doesn't really require any major tools). My son loves it! He falls asleep in it half way through every ride, so I guess it must be pretty comfortable. It's easy to install onto a bike and easy to convert back and forth between jogger and trailer.
Well built and awesome price...hard to pass up for a single seat buy.

Excellent well built trailer. This was easy to assemble, attaching to a bike was simple, and my kids love it. The "trolley" as my daughter calls it, is very safe and solidly built. The tires are great and need only be inflated to the placard pressure. The Velcro is strong for the most part and the windscreen/rain covers are very helpful. The harness inside is very secure but not very easy to adjust for different sized children.

I purchased this as a gift for my great grandson. His father put it together as I watched and it went together with great ease. Actually my great granddaughter took the test ride since she is one year old. It worked like a charm and she loved her ride. I can't report about pulling this with a bike as that will be tested when the weather warms.

I can't believe that this has any positive reviews at all. I bought it based on the reviews and I am very disappointed.
It's tiny. It's rated to hold up to 50 pounds. My daughter weighs 38 pounds so I figured she'd fit fine. She doesn't, she is packed in there. There is a bar across the back right at head level, so her head is resting on a metal bar. With a helmet on she has to lean forward or have her head tipped down at an awkward angle.
It doesn't push straight, it pulls to the left badly.
It can only go up to 10 mph.
It's heavy.
It's clunky and noisy even on pavement.
